We Are MBL
MBL was established in 2011 and, from the beginning, has been able to offer a full spectrum of integrated and turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services.
We have successfully delivered increasingly large and more complex projects for many public sector, private and public-private partnership clients in Saudi Arabia.
Our group of companies is built around the concept of owning critical and major construction supply chain components.
The group includes specialists in each major trade, including earthwork, concrete, steel, finishing, fitting-out, marine works, electro-mechanics and low current systems.
We also have strategic partnerships with a vast network of subcontractors and suppliers to boost production capacity when needed.
From its beginnings as a sole establishment, MBL was incorporated as an LLC in 2018, and then converted to a Closed Joint Stock company in 2020.
MBL leads a consortium of related companies with a common shareholder. This allows us to offer an end-to-end client experience; effectively managing budgeting, staffing and on-site organization.
Our expertise ensures that MBL is able to offer clients a complete service; delivering demanding and large-scale projects on schedule.

We have developed a reputation for delivering challenging and time-critical projects on-time and on-budget.

I am extremely proud of the fantastic team of people that work for MBL, and for their energy and capabilities.
As we look to the future, we will continue to strive to be a market leader, using the latest innovations and technology to deliver sustainable projects that benefit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the region, and the local community.

Tareq Telmesani
Chief Executive Officer
Tareq Telmesani joined MBL in May 2021 and brings great leadership experience. Prior to joining MBL, Tareq was the CEO of Red Sea International, which was just the latest in a long list of senior leadership positions. Over 30 years of experience in business management make him ideally placed to lead MBL into the future.
Gerard is a finance executive with 30 years of senior management experience. He has held CFO roles in both private and publicly traded companies in the Middle East, Ireland and Australia. He has experience in debt and equity raising for the public and private sector, initial public offerings, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Lewis brings extensive knowledge of modular construction and facilities management to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining MBL, Lewis was the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded company, and has over 13 years of experience in the region.

Noha is a senior HR and Administration Executive with more than 18 years of experience working with local and multinational corporations. She has held management and restructuring roles at companies such as Wissal Development Center for Management Consulting and Zahid Travel Group.
Noha Alesayi

Maryam brings over 13 years of experience in sustainability strategy development, change management, and consulting. She has worked at executive level in publicly traded companies, and was appointed chair of the UN Global Compact Local Network for Saudi Arabia, as well as an advisory board member for the Earth Academy and Global Ambassadors of Sustainability.

Bassam has 20 years of experience in professional construction management and is the current civil project manager of the AEC division. He has been engaged in various public and private sector projects including Private Affairs of King Abdullah and MOI Building Project.

Khaled is the head of the MEC division with over 20 years of experience. His experience in delivering high priority VIP projects enables him to act as a senior executive. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political, and Administrative Services.
